Well, you've read the notes, the notes worked, and now it is time for you to post until the working cows come home.

TOD:  so many favorite performances.

As to recordings, I'd say The Trolley Song and Get Happy are the ones I most often seek out on YouTube, so they're probably my favorites.

A really really really fun performance of "That's Entertainment" by Judy Garland, and her attempt at telling a Borscht Belt joke at the end of the clip

The wizard of oz comes immediately to mind... It played every year around Thanksgiving and as we watched her open the door to Oz on our little black and white tv. My dad would describe how suddenly the movie would change to color!!!

This is a very interesting NY Times interview with Molly Ringwald, who is returning to the New York stage as Aurora in Terms of Endearment

(it's a play version of Terms of Endearment, not a musical)

Pretty aimless here, too.

Got plenty to do, but I had a restless last few hours of sleep peppered with extremely silly and annoying dreams, and I just feel like sitting in this here recliner getting a nice slow start on things.

I just ate my last egg/applewood smoked bacon/cheese breakfast burrito.  Wish I had another.

Failing that, perhaps some toast.

I need to blow the last few days worth of leaves off the yard and driveway and into the woods as best possible.

This is a never-ending task.  And there are still tons of leaves on the trees.

Why don't you do what my neighbor's "lawn" service does: blow everything into all the neighbors' yards, especially right after they wash the cars.
