I know about the sacking of Ron Field, but did they include any reference to that in the film? Right after seeing it I wondered if I'd missed some mention of it.

Mozart sometimes works beautifully for me. Thanks to Bergman's film of The Magic Flute, I learned this work at a relatively early age. Still love a lot of it.

I also enjoy some of his orchestral work, though there are some pieces that are too mannered.

DR JANE - it looks like one of the relays melted on the motherboard, but there was no explanation about why it might happen....it was about 3.5 years old.

It's playing in Bellingham, which is over 150 miles away! It's playing in the mornings, but I couldn't go see that and be back in time for our Saturday night performance of The Physician In Spite of Himself. $:-\$ I'll try the Amazon download.

Not necessarily. I've heard that the snow this afternoon will turn to rain tonight, so it might not be as cold tomorrow. We'll see.

I took two walks totaling around 7 miles. The sun was shinning at 10:00 and it was 32 degrees out. My second walk, closer to noon, was 28 degrees, dreary and snowing. Both walks the wind was blowing rather hard. I about got blown over in the morning.
