Also, I've never seen the Barefoot Contessa, about which BK receiver wrote. The library doesn't have a copy, but it does have Camerman, a documentary about the cinematographer of said picture and more.

What a weird day so far!

The young man who took my bloodwork is most peculiar.  It took him several tries to tap a vein, all the while he was bitching about problems at the HMO.  Then I went to the pharmacy and I had to copay for all my meds.  This is new, so I need to call my HMO and inquire.

I gather it isn't normal to find it difficult to tap your veins, and normal or not it had nothing to do with his complaints you did not need to hear.  I hope you can avoid him in the future.

Nice photo Bruce.  Do you have an age range for these shows?

I'm up - as if these damn tear downs aren't bad enough, now my neighbor is doing something so at eight-thirty we had the buzz saw that sounds like it's in bed with me - infuriating AND the jerk is working IN THE RAIN.  Yes, it's raining out and he's still out there sawing away.

BK, I have a question about the picture in your notes.  There are 15 people in the picture, but you only list 13 names.  Who's missing?

Bruce it is a shame, with all the early morning work in your neighborhood, that you don't sleep on the same schedule as your neighbors.

DR John G- glad that you didn't break a tooth biting into those pieces of rusk.

I am watching 2 squirrels chase each other all over the patio, and furiously up and down a tree.
Most amusing.

Friday afternoon greetings!  This morning I had my one month post-op appointment with the eye doctor.  My distance vision is 20/30, which he says would allow me to pass the driver's test.  But, because I'd like things in the distance to be sharper, he wrote a prescription that we're going to try first in my sunglasses.  Eventually, I may get a clear pair if I want them for night driving.

I've been E & T this afternoon while the drops wore off.

I've finished the first chorus of "Let's Fly Away, and I'm closing shop for the night.  I missed today's sitzprobe for Big River, which I've never seen, but I'll catch the Tursday rehearsal and the Saturday matinee.

We'll never hear what Walter Winchell

I love the way the words just lay on the notes of that song. Porter at his slinkiest, silkiest, spriteliest.

I wish I could see street signs better so I understand that.  You might get used to your new vision and not need clear glasses.
