I came across this recipe. I think it's a Baptist plot.

Asparagus Salad

Heat 1 can of asparagus soup. Add 1 package lime gelatin and stir to dissolve.
Mix in 8 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup chopped celery, 1/2 cup cold water, 1/2 cup chopped pecans, 1/2 cup green pepper, 1 tablespoon onion. Congeal.

This is awesome.

I cut off the attribution. It's from "Favorite Recipes: First Baptist Church, Granbury, Texas" circa 1978.

This treat comes from Glenda Dunaway and is from the 1978 collection, "Favorite Recipes: First Baptist Church, Granbury, Texas"

Same cookbook, worse recipe.

Party Dip

It has mayo, onion juice, Worcestershire sauce, cottage cheese, Vienna sausages, pimento, salt and pepper.

Parts of Tacoma did get snow this morning, but not here.

When I left this morning to take my car to the auto shop, it was kind of sprinkling.  By the time they drove me to work, it started snowing!  (They fixed my car fairly quickly and they came to pick me up just a couple of hours later.)  When I went to lunch at Subway at about 2 pm, it was very sunny, and when I left to go back to work at about 2:45, it was hailing!
