Thanks Jennifer. No if it was a panic attack I could control it as Jane suggested wig deep breaths and relaxation techniques .. When I get one of these it goes on for hours and I feel as if I have run a marathon

When I do this to control my racing heart it is not from a panic attack though keeping calm help so it doesn't get worse. I think it is holding my breath that really stops it. I have no idea why.

Back from the "pit" at Jesus Christ Superstar. This is a very nice theater, even if they've only been able to carve out a corner for musicians. But that corner is better than much of what we have to put up with around here.

From what I could see, it looks like a beautifully dark and intense production, and it moves right along. I might go back to watch it before I play, and I do want to hear the actual balances.

My father in law is in the hospital with pneumonia ,he's 89

A friend from church (We grew up in the church together, her daughter and the Vixter were born a day apart in the same hospital and have been friends all their lives) has had complications from a kidney stone and is now in sepsis shock in the hospital
