Well, you've read the notes, the notes were riding and shipped, and now it is time for you to post until the shipping cows come home.

And a happy haineshisway.com birthday to former dear reader Ann - she use to at least make occasional stops back here, but I'm afraid she completely lives on Facebook, 24/7, along with a few other dear readers.

T.O.D.

Ordinarily, I'd go out to Redbox and rent PATRIOT'S DAY for the weekend, but I still don't have the stamina to sit through a 2 hour movie.  I have a bunch of first-rate one-hour episodic TV shows that were recorded in my absence last week (e.g. CHICAGO P.D., LAW & ORDER: SVU, etc.) but I'm finding it difficult to stay focused on them, too.

I know.  It will get better every day, but healing is a bitch!

Good night, George.  Is tomorrow night the night you are seeing 1984?

Last recording day. I will be happy to not be in that sound booth again, but I think it will be a good album.  I really appreciate the organization and talent our music director Brent has put into this week.  He has done a fantastic job.

Went to the doctor's and finally found out about the thyroid. Seems those odd cells on them thyroid were actually thyroid cells. Mystery solved.

I then went to Half Price Books and spent too much money on Texas cookbooks, one of those bad books that shoehorn two musical theater writers together (Cole and Noel) and more.

Saw something called Pride and Prejudice and Kitties. Guess it's for those who don't care for zombies.

Then went to the Fur Ball, a fundraiser for the Animal Defense League. The food was boring, but the wine was good.

The table centerpieces were yard art shaped like dogs and cats. I bought one of a dog. Very fun.

And now today. I find out later about whether I get the promotion. I'm not too optimistic, but it's not in my hands.

Friday, and the end of March.  Unbelievable.  Seriously, is someone trying to tell me the year 2017 is one-quarter over and done with?  How did this happen?
