After getting quotes from various landscapers with fancy trucks and lots of workers I DD I decided to hire the guy who cuts my neighbors lawn with his little mower. He came today and did an outstanding job

And he is willing to come every other week. The other guys all insisted on a contract for every week from April 1 - November 1

The Vixter has been doing the lawn for the past several years Vixdad did it after she left but his carpal tunnel is getting worse and after the vibrations of the more his hands are nearly crippled for the rest of the weekend. I can't pull start the mower anymore so it was time to hand the job off

I like the book very much, and the movie is okay. The music is very nice and Natalie Wood is beautiful....Gene Kelly's egotistical loser seems very life like.

I like everyone - except Ed Wynn - but he's just doing his regular schtick.

SPOILER ALERT DR JOHN G!!!!!

And of course, Natalie ends up with Martin Milner which disappointed me when I watched the movie when I was a kid....but now it doesn't seem so bad.

I finished it. It could have been better. But Natalie Wood was superb. She was such a joy to watch. I now want to see something else of hers beside Gypsy or West Side Story again.
