Somehow I accidentally logged on to Nov 13, 2003 -- a day in which there were over 500 posts. Yikes!

Today's number is most excellent, as well.
I'm still trying to figure out how I jumped back in time that way. Oh well.

I just realized that we're on Page 12!!  Wow!  After work this afternoon (so that I wouldn't have to use what little vacation time that I have), I went to Barnes and Noble to wrap items that people purchased for donations to the American Cancer Society.  I was there for four-and-a-half hours and wrapped about 15 or 16 packages.  There was almost $70 in the donation can when I got home! (and no, there wasn't more before I left the store ::) )

So now I'm home and am going to catch up (and maybe even ketchup) on the posts.  I was just about to click to Page 8 (which is where I left off reading)...

All DVDs were sent out at the same time, so it's just the vagaries of the various post offices.

Back from a visit to my 98 year old father. Still walks unaided, is on no medication but has substantial short term memory problems. He assure me he will make it to 100 (he wants to live to a greater age than his Maternal Grandmother who died at 99).

We're swingin', baby - we are the swinginest and the ginchiest site on all the Internet.  Let the others scratch their collective heads in wonderment at the swingin' site we are.

I forgot it was Saturday. ...I'm sleepy. Some people around here go to bed late, then sleep in. I don't. Sleep in that is. So now I'm getting sleepy.

DR MBarnum - Congrats on accomplishing your misson!!

Btw, my Ford Escort Wagon - blue - is 11 years and 4 months.  And it's about to hit 200,007 miles!  And it still gets about 35mph!  Sometimes more if the moon is right!

Jose -- Aren't you required to drive faster than that on the Beltway?
