I couldn't remember the name of the Chart House, though I've eaten there several times. It's a lovely spot.

I had a therapy session with Erik today. There was a lot more tension in my back than I was aware of. If I were ever to clone anyone it would be Erik!

DR Jeanne--there's a whole street of restaurants (and some shops).  The AMC movie theater has been renovated and now has recliner-seats.  The Shirlington library is next to the Signature Theatre.  There's a Harris Teeter supermarket.  Lots more.

Well, we didn't cover ourselves with glory today but we didn't embarrass ourselves either, so that's a good thing. Everyone's happy with the charts, and the band is excellent.

I have one number to do along with an an insert in "How To Handle A Woman." I'll try to have them both for tomorrow's loooooong day,

Wae-Ling and I went hiking for a portion of The Arizona Trail, which goes from Mexico to Utah. Probably about four miles of it.

Then we stopped in the tiny town of Pine to have lunch in a local diner. She wanted to try something new: a patty melt.

Evening all!   I found out that Michael Ball was in NYC last week and did a concert.  Dang! Not that could have afforded to be able to come right now but I sure would have enjoyed being able to see him and visit my NYC friends.
