Well, you've read the notes, the notes ran through twice, and now it is time for you to post until the run-through cows come home.

I'm posting from my tablet up in my bedroom, and I wanted to do some stuff on my Windows 10 computer, which is up here, too.  It needed to do some automatic updates, so I let it.  It's already been taking about 10 minutes and it looks like it's not even halfway through the whole process. :P

I finally noticed that there's a little clip-on fan that's been up here for a long time, but it had stuff on top of it, so it wasn't easily seen.  I clipped it to the front of an open drawer, plugged it in, and am feeling very cool, right now! :D

My favorite composer biopic is James Lapine's comedy Impromptu.  Watching Judy Davis' George Sand chase Hugh Grant's Frédéric Chopin is like watching a shark chase a minnow.

DR Jeanne, The Roman Spring of Mrs Stone novella, film with Vivien Leigh, or the remake with Helen Mirren?

Song Without End - Franz Liszt bio starring Dirk Bogarde, Genevieve Page, and Capucine.  With Alex Davion (aka Ted Casablanca in Valley of the Dolls) as Chopin.

We watched BILLY LIAR with Tom Courtney for the first time last night.

Difficult understanding all the dialogue, but a sensational performance by Courtney.

Sad, but realistic ending.

TOD

I like the MGM/Warner all star bio pics not for the biography because they were mostly fiction but for the music numbers

Till The Clouds Roll By
Three Little Words
Deep in My Heart
Words and Music
Night and Day

The latter two glossed over the true sexuality of the people they were celebrating.

Also liked
Funny Girl
STAR!

And then Ken Russell made several bizarre bio pics about composers

The Music Lovers (Tchaikovsky)
Lisztomania (Franz Liszt)
Mahler

I've been packing up all the Guys & Dolls edits, and I can find everything but the 2nd edits for the Piano-Conductor score for Act Two. It's nice to finally remove everything 0n the show from my desk and box it up.

I like several of the titles already mentioned, especially the Kern and Rodgers/Hart movies from MGM.

But...my favorite of all time is

"With A Song in My Heart' -- the story of singer Jane Froman.
