DR George commented on this recipe i posted years ago.

Oh and if anyone loves the McDonald "special" Big Mac sauce. I tried this and it is quite tasty.

1/2 cup mayo
2 tbsp french dressing
2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon finely minced white onion
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt.

Mix well.

I make this often and really like it. Although I have seen ads for the Big Mac Sauce that they now sell and am super curious about it.

We're back from my nephew's house.  It was great to see him, his wife and their baby Genevieve. She's adorable !  I'm wondering if one of my Facebook friends here could post the photos of DR Catherine and me with the baby on HHW?

"Spider mites in the spruce and a fungus in the maples."

This of course sounds very Cole Porter-ish as a lyric.

I was thinking that it felt like a lyric from the song "One's on the Way" but I see what you're saying.

And here in Topeka, we're shopping for staples
The mites are in the spruce and fungus in the maples
And one's on the way.

or soemthing like that.

Love it!!

:)

I just watched Midsomer Murders and I am off to bed.

I am now wondering if yesterday's problem might have been a kidney stone.

We just finished watching ONCE UPON A HONEYMOON with Cary Grant and Ginger Rogers.

I guess they couldn't decide whether they were making a comedy or a drama.

Oy. Haven't seen that one. Guess I don't plan on seeing it anytime soon. But I'll likely remember your comment after I watch it.

Had a very good run-through - I finessed another couple of things in the arrangements, and we're going to try one new comedy bit on Monday between Robert and Alby - we're having fun with their interplay.

The wedding party is winding down about now.  We took the early shuttle back to the hotel.  Other friends headed back to LA. to enjoy missing the traffic.

Well, I should say the air in Seattle and Tacoma is clear.  Hopefully, Vancouver is also clear.
