Speaking of our DR ChasSmith, I look forward to his latest I DO I DO! stories.

This week's news:  Last night's audience should have been taken out back, en masse, and shot.  Worst ever.  As in deadest ever.  Fridays do tend to be the sleepy ones up here.  I've never figured out why.

The VANITIES girls told us we'd been their best audience so far - go figure.

I'm up, I'm up - I think I got nine hours of sleep.  Shortly I'll go over to the mail place and pray my important mail is there.

I hope that DR ChasSmith can drive in soon and cart away a few million things I want to dump.

Are you already ready for that?  Has Josh taken everything he can take?  It looks like I'll be free to do it on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of next week, if that should happen to be good for you.

Monday is out, but Tuesday or Wednesday might be good.

I am home with my new child, the beautiful one year-old Annabelle.  She loved me at the adoption center, she was wonderful all the way home in the carrier, and now she's hiding under my bed.

I agree!

I feel your pain!!  I've been involved with shows that have had dead audiences.  Fortunately, it's been a rare occurence.  You can only just perform the show that you rehearsed. :-\

Annabelle has had some Fancy Feast and she seems happy to be here.  I think she's going around marking her territory by rubbing against objects.  she's just jumped onto my lap, walked all over the keyboard, and now she's off to explore.

She purrs a lot!

The Out of the Darkness walk was very well attended...almost 600 people signed up!  They were hoping to raise at least $40,000, but I think I heard that they got a little over $50,000!  Good for them!

I just finished lunch at Happy Teriyaki and will go home for a bit before going to my parents' house for our weeky family dinner.  I think I was expecting a little more time in between meals. ::)

Is there a picture of her online? What does she look like?
