T.O.D.

When I first heard an saw Lady Gaga, I just thought she was weird.  Then I saw her interviewed on ELLEN, or one of those shows; and I was surprised how sweet and genuine she seemed.  I still am not a fan of her music, but I don't dislike her.

T.O.D., Part 2

I am not really a big fan of any pop artists, but I do like Adele and Justin Timberlake.

Topic of the Day:

I had heard of Lady Gaga, but didn't pay attention.  Then Amazon gave away or significantly reduced the price of one of her albums and I decided to get it.  I took the opportunity to actually hear her voice and enjoyed it and her songs.  I'm certainly not one of her "Little Monsters" (her diehard fans), but whenever I've heard one of her songs, I've found that more often than not, I like it.

DR TCB,  what a relief regarding the key.  That you "passed" your blood test I am not surprised.

When the phenomenon that is Lady Gaga began I had a discussion with Craig about her.  He had nice things to say about her and was impressed with how well she had marketed herself.

I only know Gaga from her album with Tony Bennett, which is quite good.

I am not a GAGA fan, but I do not mind hearing her sing now and then....the public persona is a bit TOO much for me....and her "acting" in various projects is from the Joey Heatherton School of Drama....first year.....

Today we are going to take a table that we purchased over to my soon to be ex-sister-in-law's new apartment....  While we were at the Goodwill yesterday, I saw another member of the class of 1968....they seem to be coming out of the woodwork lately.....

Been catching up a bit on the California fires, which are just hideous.

I could hardly believe the Santa Rosa fires.  One of my best friends lives there, and I'd been thinking that they're out in a regular flat neighborhood in the middle of town, away from hills and trees, they're safe.  Nope.  They're just blocks from the whole Coffey Park neighborhood that got destroyed.  Their house was spared, but some around them burned.  Horrible.

TOD

I've heard the name Lady Gaga, and I've gathered that she's a sensation of some sort, and controversial.  That's the extent of my knowledge.  Actually, that's the extent of my knowledge of most pop artists these days.

DR George, I loved the photo!  I'm happy you and Neve are bonding and even happier that she's not complaining about the litter box location.  Until Annabelle decided she was content with the location of hers, I worried that she was going under the bed, in one of the closets.

I've been usign these two sites a lot for any questions I have:

I must make a trip to the bank this morning.  Beyond that, I will putter around the apartment, do a few edits, pack a carton.  I do wish Joshie would come and take a few of these CDs.

DR TCB, I am happy there was a happy resolution to the key situation.  I hope you are now duplicating that single key.

TCB, make a few copies of the key. Keep one in your car and a couple others at your house.

TOD: I don't know from pop stars.

I picked up the "I don't know from" from BK. Great phrase.

This morning, Annabelle discovered there's a world outside my apartment. She made it past me into the hallway, but  I was able to grab her before she took off on an expedition.
