While the pain seems to get worse I had very good news from the orthopedist. He said the x-rays look good and just don't do anything that hurts. Return in 6 weeks if I am not better.

He was impressed, thanks to Keith, I had a photograph of my x-ray taken 3 months after my surgery. I also had a description, again thanks to Keith, of the surgery. The doctor had a pretty good idea just looking at his x-rays.

He then highly complimented the surgeon and the quality of my implant.

He then told me he has NEVER seen anyone with the range of movement that I have after having a similar surgery. My physical therapist used to tell me he would forget I had an implant because of the way I moved.

I credit my surgeon, my therapist, and my hard work and determination for my success. Now I want the same quality of movement and same level of pain I had Saturday morning before I did whatever it is I did.

I am very glad Keith drove me to the office in Portland. My iPhone GPS would have taken me the wrong way.

It took twice as long to get home with rush hour traffic, plus we had a storm with lighting & thunder. By the time we got off the freeway I was ready to go to Beaches, have a drink and indulge myself, so we did. It had stopped raining by then so we enjoyed the lovey view of the river.

So here is a link. These are the cats that showed up this spring in my backyard. The two black ones are the kittens (now big). You will notice that the other three have their left ears tipped. That indicates that they have been fixed. One of my neighbors took them in, apparently. I need to catch the two "kittens" soon.

Nice pictures, Laura. I would think that just using the [ img ] [ /img ] code would work and automatically resize them here when they're posted. That's always happened when I've linked images that are larger than 900 pixels across.

After I posted these, I went to Modify the message to look at the code and the board automatically added "width=900 height=676" into the [ img ] code so that it's not too big for the board. Is that what you were talking about?

Now, when viewing the pictures on my phone, of course they're too big for that small screen, but they're still smaller than the original.
