I'm prone to compulsive behavior, so I most often listen to my cd's in alphabetical order, at least once a year to make sure I listen to all of them because for some reason I have to justify owning the cd. So even though there are some that I struggle to get through again and again, I still do it. Or sometimes when a cd rolls around I don't enjoy, I make sure to play it when I'm in the shower so I don't have to listen to it. I know, it kind of defeats the purpose of why I listen to them, but it justifies it in my head. Sometimes for me, it is best not to question.
Anyway, there are many occassions when I pull out some favorites and they would include:
No, No, Nanette (this show this always makes me happy) (I love the 20's)
Jason Graae - Never Fully Dressed w/o a Smile (though lately it's been skipping

)
A Man of No Importance
A New Brain
Good News (again with the 20's)
Merrily We Roll Along
3hree
Steel Pier
On A Clear Day You Can See Forever
Barbara Cook's Mostly Sondheim
I'm off - enjoy your day everyone!
