Well, you've read the notes, the notes spoke of Kritzerland at 82, and now it is time for you to post until the 82 cows come home.

It sounds like it was a wonderful show, Bruce.  No cast photo?

The first Topic of the Day shows that I can think of are:  Me and My Girl (love the two cast recordings from the 1980s and saw a local production), The Boy Friend (love several cast recordings and played Lord Brockhurst at age 26 ;D ), and Divorce Me, Darling (only based on the recording).  It's the sequel to The Boy Friend set 10 years later.  It has a delightful score.

Today I am working on a couple of things and hoping the check I expected a month ago finally arrives.  This is getting ridiculous.

Last night Annabelle got completely wasted on catnip.  She played with that catnip squeaking rodent and talked back to it forever, then she played with her new ball toy, instigated another round of fishie on a pole, and then returned to her catnip rodent.  I was exhausted by the time I turned out the lights.

If you think catnip in a toy is a hoot, try misting their scratching post or climber or tent, etc., with catnip extract.  It's actually fairly expensive, I think, and we only have a tiny perfume-sized bottle because someone gave it to us.  But...wow, it's like shooting it right into their bloodstream.

More work on songs today, and first rehearsal for the holiday revue this evening.

I'm actually helping proofread and correct these songs.  My friend writes good songs, but he's using some ancient free program to notate and print them, and if you think sloppy Finale work is bad, you should see these things.  Not because he's sloppy, but this damned program, whatever it is, doesn't have quite the flexibility and sophistication we're accustomed to nowadays.  For instance, a glissando appears as a grotesque note-for-note scale.  I'm used to that now, but yikes.
