When I returned home, Thatch, Annabelle, and I had a 3-way game of fishie on a pole. Annabelle jumps on top of Thatch's cage and sits in an aluminum backing pan, trying to catch the fish, and keeping an eagle eye on the baby. After we stoped playing, Joshie called and while we were talking, I saw Thatch stretch himself up, hold the top bars of the cage with one front paw while he tried to pet Annabelle with the other. Since he usually runs from her, I call this MAJOR PROGRESS!
We'll all celebrate the first time you see Annabelle and Thatch snuggled up together, Elmore.
Last time I was back to work in two weeks.
Here's a new turn of events: Thatch is now stretching up to the top of the cage to scratch on Annabelle's amazon box for her attention! Then, he sits on his blanket, looking up at the box, waiting for her response. She prefers to sleep.
I heard from our Moonshine & Mistletoe producer this morning. It looks like our album will be an actual commercial release, and not just a recording for promotion.

I'm up, I'm up - maybe close to eight hours of sleep. Had a nice visit with Nick and his ever-lovin' Julie - he's looking and feeling much better - no more walker, on a cane. So, that is very good news. They loved the new house.
Since the surgery is before Christmas do whatever you need doing before so you are not tempted to do it after the surgery.
Of course there’ll probably be no baking this year. Or not much.
Quote from: George on November 16, 2017, 01:49:43 AMHowever, no one in our family has a vehicle large enough for the one 8-foot long box (it's the back of the island and would've needed to be cut to size), but my friend Margo's Honda Odyssey is large enough, and she said that we could borrow it. WHEW! So, I'll leave work early today, get the Honda, go to my sister's, load up the van, then head up to Renton and return the boxes. The only real downside is that my sister won't get the original delivery charge refunded. But otherwise being able to return all the boxes makes it worth it to her.You are a wonderful brother, George

There is a 2-cm mass on the right kidney. It will need to be removed. Don’t know when. Don’t know nothing yet. Am at the doctor’s office, waiting for an ultrasound.
Doctor is not worried. He said it should be just like the last time.
