The news here is that the apartment inspection is now back on. We didn't hear anything for maybe four months, and it's now suddenly on Friday. They seem to think it's no big deal, but it's a big deal to me. I would think most tenants would want to clean and tidy a bit before the landlord arrives. Instead of having a day of rest after being sick, I spent much of the day cleaning and tossing. I'd planned to do it all anyway, but I'd prefer to do it at my leisure, instead of rushed.
