Well, you've read the notes, the notes were revised, and now it is time for you to post until the revised cows come home.

TOD

Don’t Leave Me This Way by Thelma Houston

It’s in a category all by itself. And I love disco.

Donna Summer and ABBA were probably my favorite disco performers.

Today is my mom's birthday.  The family is getting together to celebrate that and Father's Day a day early.  I was asked to come over earlier than my sister so that I can mow my parents' lawn.  Since my mom had foot surgery, she shouldn't be mowing the lawn.  My dad is older and hasn't been able to mow the lawn for years.  Now, it's my turn.

After that, I'm heading north in the early evening for the third day in a row.  Tonight, I'm going to see Kathy Griffin live in Seattle!  I'll need to make sure that I leave early enough in case of traffic.  I can't wait! :D

I have little to report.  This is a funeral day, so around 10 I'll head for 14th Street.

Not much to report here, either. Got a decent sleep and a slightly later waking up time this morning. That's all for the good.

Now to figure out what to make of my day.

As Reuben in THE DARK AT THE TOP OF THE STAIRS would say:

"Some folks are just too damned ignorant to live."

Last night the wig/no wig, wash my dress/can't do a hitch kick lady turned in her book and said: "I erased all my pencil markings.....there were other markings in the book when I got it, so I didn't erase those....."

It will NOT be hard to say goodbye to her and a few others tonight at the final ANNIE performance.....

Saturday morning greetings!  It's hot and muggy in SW Ohio, with an air quality alert.  Sounds like a good day to stay inside in the AC...

Our BIG OMG RAINSTORM has turned out to be the scent of rain and cloudy skies. Accuweather says we have had .22 inches of rain, but there is not even a portion of a drop in my rain gauge.

TOD:

I think Barry Gibb is the king of them all, but "I Will Survive" by Gloria Gaynor is probably my favorite song. I don't love disco, but I don't hate it either - I'm sort of indifferent.

DR KevinH - I’m afraid tomorrow isn’t going to work for me getting into the city.

Next time, hopefully!
