In my post about Miss Allison Hayes yesterday, I typed an incorrect fact...it was one of the CHAPERONES who reported the cousin hug to officials that bounced her out of the competition....not one of the JUDGES.

Were their any ventriloquist acts in the final five last night?

Love the score for Sister Act. All that disco. Just makes me want to get up and dance. The lyrics could be better, but who cares? The lyrics to Disco Inferno could be better, too, but that never kept me off the dance floor.

I like all condiments (ketchup, mayo, pickle relish), except I can only handle mustard in very small amounts, otherwise it's overpowering and you can't taste anything else. I also don't like horseradish.
And I really hate humus, although I guess that's a dip, not a condiment.

Monday morning greetings!

Thank you for all the birthday wishes that were left here for Rob over the weekend. He got a not-so-nice present from his workplace - strep throat. Of course, the other bug that's circulating in the Butler County Jail is Hep A, so it could be worse. Mary Linda is still recovering from her foot surgery, which makes them quite a pair.

the company that made the carpet in our guestroom recently went out of business. the bedrooms are across the hall from each other so we used the same carpet for them. a small annoyance in the scheme of things but i do hope we can duplicate the carpet or find something i am happy with.

No - there was not supposed to be ANY contact between the contestants and males during the competition...particularly not in the hotel lobby where everyone could see it....it didn't matter that the man was a relative that she hadn't seen in some time, and that he was there to support her in the pageant....

Sister Act Rehearsal - Act Two OFF BOOK - went very well. I am liking this show much more than I thought I would. The music is actually a lot of fun - and of course working with college kids is always fun - for the MOST part.

My biggest number is "Sunday Morning Fever" - which is a jump ahead in time number that includes FOUR costumes changes for me....this old man is hopping!

AND I got a primo spot in the bows....Mother Superior and I bow just prior to Deloris - the lead. Rather unearned on my part - but appreciated!
