My Dad went walkabout one night and was found after he tripped on a pothole in the dark. He was about 3/4 of a mile from home.

My mom hid his shoes after that, he wouldn't walk outside in just his socks

after church today I met my friend at BarLouie for a 11am paintnite event

We had a really fun time painting then stayed and had lunch.

She came over to us with an appetizer, a flatbread that had only one pice missing and said her Dad was given it by the restaurant fir free since he was a veteran but it was too spices for them and they wondered if we might like it

We thanked them and accepted it and thanked her dad for both the appetizer and his service and offered to buy his lunch but apparently he was also given a free lunch by BarLouie and the daughter had already paid for hers
