Tonight, Margo and I are going to see The Choir of Man at the Washington Center for the Performing Arts...as patrons! We're not ushering or volunteering. We actually got tickets and get to sit down for the whole show! Can't wait to do that!

No 2:00 phone calls, so I slept pretty well. As soon as I fed the cats this morning, I put the laundry into the washers.

My tax appointment is at 11, so I will leave here just before 10:00.

I hope I get a nice bit of money back, but my favorite bank teller and I were discussing this and she alarmed me. She said her sister used to get a return of around $5,000, but this year she's only getting a return of $1,000.

I'm sorry to say I'm hearing this, too. And seeing it myself. I've been doing my own returns on TurboTax, and this weirdness actually started last year, which may or may not have been something peculiar to my own situation. But I got through most of the current one yesterday and will probably get it sent off this afternoon, and it ain't looking good in this respect.
