I saw an article on people in Seattle who were not able to go out due to the snow. Either they couldn't walk the slippery streets or use their electric wheelchairs. I am not sure a solution for making the streets and sidewalks more accessible was sorted out.

Now I realize that a large number of condo buyers are older citizens who are selling off their family home and probably paying cash for their condo.
