I haven't heard the name Thurl Ravenscroft in many a year.

DR FJL I must have missed the news story about the "packaging", but nothing much surprises me anymore.

This link should work.

Much of it  feels like Claude Rains being "shocked" that something's going on in Casablanca.  Some extremes are abuses, but some of what's being complained about seems business as it's been.

I'm up, I'm up.  I was up at nine, had a conversation with my gal, who is back now and hopefully at least until everything is done.  The new print files are supposedly going to be on their way to the printers tonight.  I'd had about six hours of sleep, so when that was all done, I went back to bed and slept until noon-thirty, so nine hours of needed sleep.

Once up, I got a little update from my gal, then went and picked up packages, including more bad books, but all the fun stuff I get for each book from Vistaprint: Tote bag, T-shirts, cap, magnets, notepad, etc.

DR Elmore, I am so glad to hear that. If you want to help Scooter, you might consider sponsoring his adoption fee. That might help him get adopted.

Miss Annabelle is so darling when she tries to communicate with me.  She wants a treat, but i hate to give it to her tonight since i have nothing for Thatch.  I was in too much pain this morning to go to Broadway Farms for his deli turkey and he refuses every damned kitty treat in this apartment.  Annabelle, however, has doen everything in her repertoire to make me understand she wants her treat.  She's pulled the bags of them out of the toy box, she's paced around the place where I treat her, and done everything there except stand on her head.  She's adorable!

Scooter left the ACC with over $750 in rescue pledges.  That rescue has been sponsored.  I did send AmsterDog a thank you note for saving him.

Thatch is learning English.  When I say, are you ready for bed? or wanna lie down with Daddy? he understands.  He jumps onto the bed and lies down on his side of it so I can lie next to him and we nap or watch TV.

Is it Thatch you said it getting fat.  If so offer the same treat you give Annabelle and let him refuse it ;)

We are about to watch the 3rd and last episode of MANHUNT with Martin Clunes.  It is based on the true story of London Metropolitan police detective Colin Sutton's efforts to tracks down a serial killer.

She simply came out in what she called vintage Bob Mackie, a 40-year-old beaded dress, and answered people's questions for about 75 minutes. And she showed about 15 minutes of clips off and on.
