Thanks to DR TCB for the ALNM report....and we look forward to the report from DR GEORGE.
Now I have a feeling of deja vu.....have we done this TOD before....did I suggest it?
Around four o'clock I was awakened by a loud noise, a jolt, and movement - a small earthquake - but we've had slightly bigger ones than this recently that I haven't felt at all, but this one was sudden and it knocked over a little framed picture in the bookcase by the bed. I righted it, went online to see only one report of the little quake (3.1) and then went back to bed.

DR Kevin, of course go to the Parthenon. Be careful though as in many areas the old stone is worn, smooth, and slippery.Walk around the Plaka area and also find a restaurant that appeals to you. https://www.athensguide.com/plaka.htmlYou can take an all day tour to three islands, Hydra, Poros, and Aegina. Or take the ferry to just one island. We went to charming Hydra and spent a couple of nights there. Two and a half hours from the city is Delphi. You can find days tours to Delphi. We did a wonderful 4 day tour to Epidaurus, Mycenae, Olympia, Delphi, Meteora. Meteora was gorgeous.
