Eleanor Parker was the other nominee that year - for CAGED. She undoubtedly finished last in the voting.

My tv and computer are in different rooms, so I will just have to pop in now and then $:-\$

But I loved Laura Linney's gown as well as Virginia Madsen's!! Renee Zellwinger's dress was cute, but her hair! Not a good color!

I did think Halle B's hair looked fabulous...I am used to seeing her with short hair.

And Clive Owen...wow...how have I missed him! I would like to see more of that man!

My pick for best actor is still Paul Giamatti. Kind of takes the fun out of the awards when your pick isn’t even nominated.

Keith has no interest in watching the awards which is fine with me. I prefer to record them and then speed watch.

It's one of the changes for this year's broadcast...supposedly to save time. We'll see.
