Clint is beloved in Hollywood. Marty is not.

Last year a special oscar to Blake Edwards. This year it was Sidney Lumet. Next year they'll give it to Marty

Not a memorable show despite their attempts to make it so.

Chris Rock - so not classy.

Only if you live on the West Coast. ::)

Good for Clint!

Not a truly awful show - just a snoozefest.

We're over eight-hundred posts, baby!  And the evening is young, which is more than I can say.

Wait until those errant and truant people log on tomorrow.  Do you think they'll actually go through all eight hundred posts?

Now, on to the Oscar parties.

I'd like to thank Bruce Kimmel for making this evening so memorable, and Mr. Guy Haines for inviting us all onto His Way.

Well, I won one of my Oscar pools, so that makes me happy. Too bad it's the one where the prize is one that amounts to about $25.

I don't think I won the other - it's my a local theater, free movies for 2 for a year....now that one would be great!  It didn't have all the categories, so I don't think I did very well, but who knows.....
