I had flooding problems in Alexandria. The previous owners installed a sump pump, which took care of some of it. I then made some other modifications and that made a big difference. Not fun to clean up. Not fun at all.

I go hot and cold on Frank DeVol. I love his Christmas album, dislike some of this TV themes like "Family Affair."
