Voldemort is basically a middle school girl: he has a locket, a diary, a tiara, a ring, and is completely obsessed with a teenage boy.

I don't know where my sister got it, but this image is pretty close to what it looks like.

And it's kind of close to the color that she got.

Here is a Possible Topic of Discussion for a lazy day of posts:

What movie do you strongly dislike, that apparently every other person in the entire free world (plus Latvia) simply loves?

As Good As It Gets :P

Oh, I loved it.

I've never been able to find ANY proper mention of this, but I found it this evening.  So, now I have a date, although another listing on the same site has a second date - I suspect maybe a rerun?

June 8, 1972 episode 171

Merv's guests are actor William Holden talks about his African Conservation Ranch, producer Martin Rackin explains how he began a career of reporting with the New York Daily News, comedian Dom DeLuise discusses his latest film "Every Crook and Nanny", singer-dancer Lola Falana, comic Chip Hand, actor-writer-director-composer Bruce Kimmel and Valerie Gillet.

Now, someone find me this damn thing, seriously.

Good luck finding it.

Had a telephonic conversation and watched a motion picture.  After the walk, my calorie intake is probably less than 500 but I don't really have anything here to eat (crackers), and I don't think I'm up to walking anywhere or, in fact, sitting anywhere.

Do you normally keep tuna or some other canned goods in case of an emergency?

If they don't my niece will.  It's mainly to protect her when it rains and she needs to get into the coop.

Thank you to those of you who answered the TCB T.O.D.  It certainly helped our post count on a Sunday.

I have literally a couple of minutes to spend here this morning with preparing for the final performance of PIPPIN -- which, by the bye, is to be attended by a Mr. Schwartz, not that has anything to do with it.

So did I survive my first PIPPIN last night? I did, and I can only hope PIPPIN survived me. Today should be fun, and I shall at least briefly attend the cast partay afterward.

That's pretty cool, ChasSmith!  I got to meet Stephen Schwartz quite a few years ago when he, cabaret singer Scott Coulter and BK's close and personal friend Debbie (Shapiro) Gravitte performed together at the Washington Center for the Performing Arts! :D

My choices would probably be:

GONE WITH THE WIND (Yuck)
STAR WARS
TITANIC (1997)

(plus Latvia) ;D

At the time it was released "Blow-Up".
"Titanic" I didn't hate it until the ending.  Up until they it was kind of ok.

The special effects in Titanic  were so laughably awful (I remember some propeller looking small next to the people) that I couldn’t even enjoy the last half.

And that theme song. Gag.

My niece LOVED that movie!  She saw it in the theaters 21, count 'em, TWENTY-ONE times!  AND paid for ME to take her four of those times! :o

I tried to come up with an answer to the reverse T.O.D. question, but I think I am stumped on that one.

Then, although I wasn't intending to walk today, it was almost three miles back to the home environment.  Thankfully, I'd turned on the air before I left so it's nice and cool, which is good because I am disgustingly hot and sweaty.  Send lots of excellent vibes and xylophones for the problem to be fixable and not too much dough.
