He was the only guest. I turned to the end of The Tonight Show because I'm now going to watch Late Night with Seth Meyers, and "Ron Burgundy" was a guest on that show, AND LNwSM has announced that they will have a "special guest." I wonder who it will be.

I have no plans today beyond dragging out the Big Ladder, which I did not do yesterday, to change a light bulb in the kitchen and put away cases of cat food. I want to pull some furniture away from one wall to pull books from the lower bookcases.

I had a bad dream last night. Dr Cohen had warned me that the risky sides of this polyp surgery, which he told me had never happened - not yet, I thought! - were possible brain damage or blindness. So of course I dreamed about being blind, trying to maneuver and grieving over not being able to see the cats.

Last night I watched the first half of Carry On Dick, which could have been a funny parody of Tom Jones and 18th century London, since it's about highwayman Dick Turpin. I do not think I'll finish it. Tonight we'll try Carry On Cleo, with Kenneth Williams as Julius Caesar.
