Well, you've read the notes, the notes spoke of mommykins and daddkins, Wagner-wise, and now it is time for you to post until the mommy and daddkins cows come home.

I had been looking forward to the season premiere of 911, because the previews showed a tsunami hitting the pier.  So last night, just as it started, I said to myself, “Self, they are going to save the tsunami for the very end of the show.”

And they did!

I slept better last night than on previous nights. I had meant to sleep in this morning, but I have this frenetic cat named Stella preventing it.  Before she eats, she's hyper trying to get me to feed her and after she eats, she's off the wall.

Annabelle's fighting a cold.  I think this drop in temperature is getting to her.

I have physical therapy this morning, so I've got things to do before I leave.

Dead to the world, I am.

I’d so love to get another hour of sleep. I’m going to give it a try.

TCB, about last night's questions:
1.  Yes
2. Phoenix is huge and rain amounts can vary.  Smaller storms often miss us. The rain came in waves yesterday. As of yesterday afternoon, we had one big rain that lasted about 20 minutes and some sprinkles throughout the day. We had a couple big waves hit last night. As far as the flooding, there are many unbridged roads that you are supposed to avoid. Or else water was draining through a wash.

I like 9-1-1, too DR TCB.  I am very disappointed that they moved The Resident to Tuesday nights.....I liked to watch 9-1-1 then The Resident then switch to The Good Doctor....

Not at all interested in The Prodigal Son.

We liked the pairing of 9-1-1 and The Resident, too.

So are they both back on this week?

Tuesday morning greetings!  Several members of AAUW Middletown went to Oxford last night to eat pizza with members of Miami University's student AAUW members and then attend a book talk with them.  It was fun to be with those young women and to hear about their current college experiences.

DR Jane, I love this photo!  I also have a grandmother who died before my parents were married.  She was my Dad's mother and he never talked much about her.  My sister and I visited her gravesite together for the first time just a few years ago and it was very emotional.

Physical therapy went well, and I left there at 12:30, thinking I'd be home by 1:00 if the buses ran smoothly.  I got the 96th crosstown bus easily, then waited at Broadway and 96 for nearly an hour for a downtown 104 bus.  Then, two buses showed up.  The drivewr told me the schedule's screwed up, thganks to the UN being in session.  It tool me nearly 90 minutes to get home from therapy.

Color me really, really pissed.
