The strangest thing happened this morning. The sun was out and it was another beautiful day, when I heard a loud rumble. Thunder?? A few minutes later it started to rain. RAIN!! The forecast called for zero percent chance of rain. It only lasted about ten minutes, but as dry as it is here every bit is welcome.

The Field Museum was a mixed bag. Loved the dinosaurs and the Egyptian mummies. Hated the old, dusty stuffed animals and birds. Plus, plans for a private party were underway, so certain areas were blocked off.
