The 18th anniversary is celebrated at the end of the 18th year, so we're now going into the 19th year.

It was a dreadful night. I am out of my meds so I have no muscle relaxer and can no longer stand upright, and my damned doctor has received three requests from me since last Monday about prescriptions and done nothing. I do not know if this means she is away, but someone should be handling her messages. I'm preparing to send a very angry one today since I can do nothing about the prescriptions until Monday at the earliest, and I am very pissed.

Then, to add to my misery, one of the cats - Stella, I think - knocked over the glass of water on my night stand and created quite a mess.

My finances have once again gone to hell and I need to pull $500 out of my ass before the 18th. God knows how I'm going to do it. I'm ready to pack the cats' bags, send them off, and overdose. Between the pain and health issues, no work, and the stress of simply keeping myself alive are wearing me down.

Former DR JMK brought me here. He kept sending me questions about Broadway trivia that I would work on.....and it turns out that they were questions on the old message board.

They were most entertaining.... DR JMK and I had become acquainted in the wild west days of Ebay when we were both bidding on Frances Farmer items.....

He mentioned this here site, and I came here. In those days, you could post underneath the notes....and sign any name you liked. I think I posted as Ethel Merman and Neely O'Hara a few times before I finally decided on my Jrand handle.

Whoever guessed the trivia question got a Sparkling Prize....and I believe I won a couple of them.

HOWEVER I knew Mr BK before coming here. Of course I had seen him on television....but once while perusing Amazon I came upon BENJAMIN KRITZER, and the cover was so mesmerizing that I ordered the book, which of course I loved.

I have always enjoyed the folks here at HHW, although there have been some irritating and annoying ones as well....most of them are gone. HA!

And we always seem to get two good ones for every ONE that happens to go.

I brought former DR MICHAEL BARNUM here, although he is now gone......

I fondly remember DR Susan Gordon, the Den Mother; DR JOSE, with whom I share a birthday....month and day NOT year; and some others.

I guess I came here in 2003 or maybe 2002...

But is is always fun and nice way to spend the day.
