Wow. One of the great performances of all time, at least as far as this song goes, with Stephen Sondheim and Angela Lansbury applauding at the end.

If I could go back in a time machine, this is one of the show's I'd love to see. I'm obviously biased toward a story of someone finding life in a ballroom.

The show I ushered for was the Children's Choir of San Antonio. Thankfully, it was only an hour or so. Excellent music, but it still ran a little long.

Then it was off to Central Market, the gourmet grocery in town. I did get a loaf of Bavarian rye to take with me as well as a porcini risotto with white truffle seasoning to take on vacation.

There was also some amazing chocolate specials that I had to indulge in. Had to, you know.

I found two dark chocolate bars with gin and tonic flavoring. We tried one later. Some got a juniper aftertaste.

I just got a great chocolate feeling.

My musical interest (and knowledge) is vocal and musical theater music, but I don't think Sondheim would be appropriate for this.
