Well, it didn't take long for us all to smell melting plastic and THEN my mom remembered where she put my Easter basket...IN THE OVEN! And it wasn't actually a basket, it was a big plastic bowl filled with plastic Easter grass and chocolate eggs! It was all melting! FORTUNATELY, the whole bowl didn't melt, just some of the edges, but the plastic grass didn't survive. I think the chocolate was okay after it cooled down and re-solidified.

You could find out the name of a florist near their home, call up and order the flowers, and have them marked for pick-up at a time Bryan could pick them up. The card and flowers would be from you, but the delivery by your son.
