DR George, 9 lb. bags of litter?  I get 37 lb. cartons!

It's only 9 lbs because there's no clay.  It uses corn husk fibers as the clumping agent, so it's much less heavy.  I don't know what the equivalent would be, but it does last a while.  And, there's NO dust whatsoever.  That also happens with clay litter...even when it says it's their "lowest dust formula" or something like that. :P

No dust, the best kind of litter.

Of course, my mom now has to drive him everywhere, but since he can't go to the casino now, the only places that she takes him are to his church and doctors' appointments.

His church is open?  Does he need an appointment to control the number of people?

I got up at 5 a.m. for my 1.5 hour walk. Then my daughter and I drove up north to check on some unusual native plants I had found in the National Forest. I had seen some construction going on in the fall. We discovered that everything had been leveled and a picnic ramada now stands where the plants were.

Vixmom, I suggest that Vixdad gives the car the nun treatment. Like in Sound of Music.

Ny little pre-show was Kay Cole singing "What I Did For Love", which sounded very good.

I've had a shower. I've got my headphones. Leonard is running around like the devil is chasing him. I'm ready for the show!

I hear the great mezzo-soprano Rosalind Elias has died.  I met her after she had been in the last Follies revival.

I'm really enjoying the show.   I'm watching on youtube on my smallish smart TV.   No problems at all.

Re the technical aspects:
Richard Allen prepared the tracks. Then each of the performers sang to those tracks while recording. Then you were live and called up (somehow) each of the segments. Is that more or less correct?

In her later years, my mother only drove to the doctor and grocery store (within two miles) and the church, which at that time was about six miles away. She had been driving there for so many years she couldn't get lost.

The last couple of months she didn't drive at all. So I was pretty lucky that way.

Well she’s not going to be able to drive for several months.  After that I’ll make my brothers, especially the youngest, ( who is the favorite child - whatever he says is gospel and he walks 6 inches above the ground) deal with the car issue.

I was saddled with the job when we had to take Dad’s  car keys.  I’ve paid my dues
