I did! We actually took our food down to the boardwalk on the waterfront, so we sat at benches overlooking the water (there were ships in the bay!...a Pacific Overtures reference ) and chatted and ate and watched the jellyfish and minnows (?) in the water, and seagulls and ducks flying around the area.

Hmm, I read the Salk shot was not live and the Sabin cube was. The FDA approved some manufactures that were not up to standards that very sadly contaminated some of the shipments of the Salk vaccine.

Sometimes but not what made it worse tonight. Often the morning depends how I sleep. Do g what I am doing right now definitely makes it worse
