I'll tell you one thing about Mozart and Haydn - these boys wrote a LOT of symphonies, over one hundred of 'em.  Most composers were lucky to get to nine.

I personally have written no symphonies.

We've moved on to Schubert, who I prefer to both Mozart and Haydn.  From here we go to Mendelssohn, who I do like, and then forward ho.

So, since we're having a lull, should I sing a lull-aby?

Schubert's ninth, the Great.  Did he call it the Great or did that come later?  There are two performances of this work, one CD apart and three years apart.

I just watched a movie I really liked, MY SPY. I hadn't heard of it prior to seeing the Amazon ad, but that's not surprising. It's about a little girl who susses out a CIA agent and wants him to teach her how to be a spy. Very cute and very clever. All actors are strong, but the two leads--the CIA agent and the girl--are wonderful. On Amazon Video.

I 'm going to assume it's auto-correct, but how does it get "bi6to" instead of "birthday"?? :o

We have 7 buildings in our condo complex. Someone a few buildings over is having a lawn party. We can see too many of our neighbors socializing near each other and only one woman is wearing a mask. >:(

Australia has set large fines for those who socialize irresponsibly.

Wow.  I think this is great, and that the restaurant cared enough to report them.

Here gatherings up to 50 people are permitted so there is nothing I can do about it but stay very far away from these people.

I don't think that is true. Even if gatherings of 50 people are allowed. I'm sure that they are not allowed to be right on top of each other.

I am looking at Washington States rules.  I didn't seen that it isn't permitted, just recommended.  Maybe George & TCB know something I don't know.

Phase III does allow gatherings of up to 50 people, but social distancing is still required.

All the counties that have Timberland libraries are in Phase III, but Timberland, so far, is staying in Phase II and not entirely opening up, yet.

With Mozart and Haydn I just want to get up and do a minuet.

By yourself, that would be considered minuetation.

They might as well stay there, we will all be going backwards, soon.

I'm sure that that's why they're still in Phase II. :-\

But at least, most employees who can't telecommute (because of the work that must be done at the buildings) have gone back to work.  Social distancing rules are in effect, too.

I heard on the news that Nevada has re-closed all of the bars in seven counties of the state, including the counties that house Las Vegas and Reno.  The closure is for, at least, the next two weeks.

And employees who can telecommute are still working from home...mostly the people who make more money. ::)

However...Dozens of Arizona bars sue Governor Ducey after he orders them to close for at least 30 days. ::)
