Monday afternoon  greetings!  I slept until almost 9am today, very late for me.  Richard and I are leaving in about 45 minutes for an errand date - library, post office, drive-thru late lunch/early dinner.

DR TCB I am sorry about your scooter battery.  Isn't it fairly new?  You need something like AAA to go out and give you a quick charge, or a friend to push it home for you.  Too bad you don't live closer to DR George.  He is always hopping in his car to help folks out.

I'm up, I'm up - was up at ten-thirty after six hours of sleep, had to shower, then was involved in a long telephonic conversation, then had to catch up on everything.  Drop-in visitor should have been here already - hopefully soon.  Then I have to wait for the grocery delivery - of course they were out of Diet Coke and a head of lettuce of all things.  Otherwise, I got everything else, but they have until four to deliver.  I'll get more Diet Coke at the local Ralph's in a few days - I still have three twelve-packs left.

DR George, my dad died around 1:00am on a Thursday and we buried him on Saturday,  I'm curious that your dad's services are about a week away from his death.  I hope this week goes smoothly for your family.  I loved the photo you posted on Facebook.

Thanks, Larry.  I think part of the delay is that my dad is being cremated, so that'll take a bit.  Then, there's probabaly also the scheduling for the time at his church.  Just a thought.

Rehearsal yesterday was cool and windy and grueling, but definitely gratifying. We ran straight through the show, and it was so rewarding to once again hear our original cast from five years ago.

(They were able to reassemble the cast with the exception of two people — one who had conflicts, and the other (our Sara Jane Moore) who had just passed away following a long battle with cancer.)

I have absolutely no idea how this is truly going to be pulled off, and how it will be received. Well, we never know the latter, do we. But this group is definitely breaking ground with the drive-in concept, and I really hope it’s successful and they reap the rewards they deserve.

I loved Mildred Natwick in most everything, including Mabel Pritchard in At Long Last Love. Is it sad that I can remember her character’s name? I bet George knows it as well.

I love that movie!  It's definitely a guilty pleasure. ;)

I just officially made the final revisions to the A&T book.  I'm very proud of how it's turned out.  I wish the 2021 Writers Market book of literary agents were out, but it usually isn't published until November.

Congrats on the final revisions, and Good Luck with the literary agent searching!

I love this photo of Street Cat Bob.  I'm so looking forward to the holiday release of A Gift From Bob.

So cute!

Drop-in visitor has come and gone and now it's a waiting game until groceries arrive and I can eat.  They have until four and that's when they'll probably get here.
