I'm up, I'm up - about five hours of sleep, I think. I forgot I had to buy Bounce so I was at Gelson's already and got the Chicken Caesar for later and two twelve-packs of Diet Coke. The only reason there's a "shortage" is because of hoarders and third-party Amazon sellers who jack the price up triple - Amazon should NOT allow this at all. eBay, too.

I'm an hour into Ran. I love it. King Lear in feudal Japanese society. I like the fact that Kurosawa changed the story from daughters to sons. It actually makes the woman married to the eldest son more hideously evil than Lear's elder daughters.

This is for a masked ball fund raiser, I believe, for the Philly Pops, and the orchestration is big band: 5 reeds, 4 trumpets, 4 trombones, guitar, piano, bass and drums.

My brother Randy just called. We have an offer on the Ohio property, and Randy was curious to know if I had the email with the zoning restrictions. The potential buyer wants to put a storage locker building on the property.

I did not have the zoning restrictions, so if Randy cannot find his copy, the realtor says he can get them on Monday.

I'm caught up.

I'm sitting in my classroom, (computer lab) 2 hours early for a Confirmation mass. I guess I didn't read that these 2 confirmation masses were at 12 and 2 and not 10 and 12. I was a bit angry for a bit, now I'm calm. In my classroom, I have things I can do, and I'll just do what I had planned to do this afternoon tomorrow afternoon. I'm over it. I've been on an Aspects of Love kick for the past week. So, I put on Act Two and calming down a bit. I think I'm one of 10 people in my circle of friends that like this show, but it's tied with #1 for my favorite ALW show (tied with Sunset Blvd - it's a really close tie!)

So I'll get some work done whilst I'm here and do my thing at 12:00 and 2:00 - I took some time off tonight and I have someone covering the 5:00pm mass for me. Going to hang out with some friends - social distanced, of course.
