This morning, we enjoyed buttermilk pancakes.  With real syrup, of course.

We shall have to do another 17,000 steps later to work them off.

The television fix only worked temporarily; the sound is out again. A new television is not too costly, but for now, we'll just use the wireless headphones.

I just love having the presentation over and done with; all my free time now is just that - free time for me, me, me!

Has there ever been a HHW Zoom gathering?  Other than watching the Kritzerland shows, I mean.

We have been watching the Samuel Barber documentary from our Barber chairs.

While I understand bk's caveats, there is still a lot I like so far.

If there's so much fraud, how, pray tell, did McConnell and Graham win.  Funny that.

And of course if the numbers were reversed and the Democrats were crying fraud, what would they be saying?  The delusion is high and mighty and I don't care what side of the fence you're on - delusion is delusion.  That said, at least there is some question of wrongdoing by one Louis De Joy and conveniently missing ballots for which a judge has summoned him to court.

Oh, and I'm up.  Teresa Wright has a wonderful filmography and has given tons of great performances - why wouldn't I pose the question - same with Mr. Cotton.  Hardly in Mai Britt territory, but keep trying.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have won.  There is actual cheering in the streets around my apartment.  I am so happy.  Trump's Reign of Terror is over.  Our wannabe Hitler is dead, may he rot in hell.

An incredible moment.

I've been clicking through the front pages of every paper (even the bad ones) in my newspaper bookmarks folder, hardly able to believe what I'm seeing.

And since quoting from musicals is de rigueur:  Sweet Jesus.  :)

I am appalled that DR GEORGE is making those poor chickens wait a whole day before he tightens their tarp......they are probably all nervous wrecks.

Three little dogs moved in across the street - they join a medium sized dog and Snow the white cat.

When the three little dogs are let out in the front yard, they run right into the street....no leashes.....I am afraid there is a tragedy in the making.....

I began reading this story with a smile.   >:(

DR JANE the most remarkable thing just happened.

My neighbor's son, who lives about three miles away across the county line, and his wife rode their horses over to visit her.

I heard a terrible ruckus.....those three doggies were going to make short work of those horses.....but Travis just turned his horse toward them and they ran as fast as they could back to their front door.

Travis rode his horse over to my front porch so I could pet him.  His name is Spurs.....he's a 14-year-old brown & white boy.....with one brown eye and one blue eye and LONG LONG eyelashes.....

Such a treat to get to pet a horse and talk to him.....I'm sorry I didn't have an apple!

LOL about a dozen folks in the neighborhood are walking down to see the equine display......some folks stopped their cars to look.

I don't blame them......horses are fun to see.....and you don't get many chances to do so up close anymore.

The two other guys are ahead by about 70+ million votes - but I am not going to concede my presidential bid until ALL the votes are counted and all fraud suits have been settled.

Which is why I cannot totally celebrate or relax.  Still I am smiling more today :)

I got the word from my sister in Germany. I was washing dishes and the phone pings when she sends a message.

That's funny.  I was on FB discussing the slow results with people from Canada, England, & Netherlands when Keith walked in and said CNN called it.  I was surprised since I check the NY Times every few minutes.  I returned to the Times and watched as the numbers flipped.  That was cool.
