Our receptionist has tested positive

Oh, no!  Praying for a negative result for you!

Yikes.  Wishing all the best of possible outcomes for DR vixmom. And for the reps at Jane's medical facility.

I'm finally leaving work.  My sister wants me to go shopping with her.  For the first time, she said "with" instead of "for.  Finally, I won't have to try and text her (or worse, call...really bad reception in Fred Meyer) to get clarification on what she wants!

Be back later.

Earlier, at Gelson's, I decided to try their cheese enchiladas - only 600 calories and you heat it up in the microwave.  I also got a similar thing with penny pasta with cheese, also for the microwave - these aren't frozen but are cold.  The enchiladas were really good, and much later I had the pasta - 350 calories for that - and that was really quite good.  I think I'll be partaking of these often - not too much money, either.

So in the morning I must go get both the quick test and the PFC

What did you have last time?  Should you be waiting a bit longer to retest?

Just the quick test the last 2 times, previously I had the PFC but it took 14 days to come back then.  I also had the antibody test twice

Now playing - Weill, The Seven Deadly Sins with Ute Lemper and Mauceri - same distant sound for much of it, but I like the performance a lot.  I have Lenya's recording, too, so I'll listen to that after this.

You are a pro at this ;)   Unless I had symptoms I think I would prefer to skip the quick test.  I am guessing for you to return to work you need it to be negative while you wait for the longer test.

I never miss a good Uta Hagen musical.

I first fell in love with her when she was Martha in that musical version of ‘Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf’ —  WHAT A DUMP!

It looks like Paul Gemignani's memoir will be published in Fall 2021. Can't wait to read it!

I think I will pass on that one.

I'd like to read DR elmore3003's, too.

Skip the first volume.  That takes him just up to reaching puberty.

Topic of the Day:

1776 (OBC)
Ain't Misbehavin' (OBC)
Bandstand
The Brain From Planet X
A Carol Christmas
Charlotte Sweet (the 2-CD set complete recording)
City of Angels (OBC)
Company (OBC)
The Cradle Will Rock (the London recording with Patti LuPone)
Follies (OBC...even with the cuts)
The New Yorkers (Encores!)
Nine (the 2-CD set, of course)
Sunday in the Park with George (OBC)
Sweeney Todd (OBC)

I was looking through my list on CastAlbums.org but it was taking too long, so I stopped here.  There are, of course, more. :)

I knew Christopher Seppe, who was in CHARLOTTE SWEET.  He was the roommate of a good friend of mine in New York.  When I knew him, he was playing Matt in THE FANTASTICKS.
