I am prepping to record a virtual choir "thing" tomorrow morning.

Health and coping vibes to TCB.

The NY Times has published a number of breathing exercises over the past several months to help with Covid or just strengthen the lungs in general. I've been doing one of them. It only takes a few minutes and is easy to do. Or perhaps one of your doctors can recommend one or two. I find that it helps to feel that I'm taking action.

I've been watching BRIDGERTON on Netflix streaming. It's one of those things that didn't look interesting to me at first, but I tried it and liked it. It's very popular and I can see why. A lavish period drama, full of great costumes and sets. (Where did they get those fabrics?) None of the substance of DOWNTON ABBEY, but quite entertaining just the same. Many British actors known to me, but also many fine ones who were not. It's light and a good antidote to the times.

Jane, have you read any Rosamund Pilcher? I find her books very comforting. Her characters go through difficult times, but things generally work out. There's a warm to her books. I highly recommend both COMING HOME and WINTER SOLSTICE.

I have read a number of her books.  Thanks for the suggestion.

I am slowly reading Greenwillow.  I need more sleep though.  The slowness is due to the fact I had to purchase it from Kindle which doesn't get dim enough on my app and bothers my eyes.

I can't open the HHW calendar either, DR Jane.

Thanks for checking so I know it isn't just me.

I have also been doing them.  I already was to a certain extent due to my constant cough.

I just watched the trailer.  It is very pretty.

I still have no idea where we will be able to get the vaccination, or when the second one will be available.

Michael Apted, who directed many movies like Coal Miner’s Daughter and the Up series of documentaries, has died. I still need to see 63 Up.

I've always been intrigued about them, but also worried that I might find them too dispiriting.

Futzed and finessed and have written about seven new pages. Listening to some music, then I'll get another five done and save the rest for after I post the notes.

Watching the news and am disturbed that a new PBS poll shows Trump still holds an 80+% approval rating among the GOP.

Did a gas in the motor car run, so that's done. I think I was running on fumes.
