I've been very busy making various arrangements for tomorrow's procedure, as I expect to be apartment-bound for 3 or 4 days. I believe all is under control, though I tend to get a little nervous before any surgery.

John G, I've been living with dietary restrictions for many, many years. It's difficult to adjust to, but I've found that I really do feel better and once I find adequate substitutions I'm OK. I know you've already had to made adjustments due to the diabetes. Vibes you're able to transition smoothly.

In the super good news department, I just got off the phone with the Blu-ray folks and hammering out the final costs. And guess what - Revenge is going on the Blu-ray so it really will be jam-packed with goodies.

I had my dental appointment today and the dentist wants me to get a mouth guard for when I sleep. I had no idea that I grind my teeth when I sleep. $:-\$ I was a bit upset that my portion was going to cost me about $260, but that much??
