(Still musing upon this): You know what would be my one (and it's a huge one) obstacle with intermittent fasting?

I could do the hours, and eating basically two meals per day -- at, say, 11:00 am and 7:00 pm or something close to that. But I have a late evening snacking addiction that seriously needs to leave the building.

I picked up a vegetable box this morning. There are 12 pounds of grape tomatoes, 7 pounds of red/orange bell peppers, and 11 white onions. And other things. I'm cooking down a few dozen plum tomatoes to make into sauce.
