So who is BK's soon-to-be dinner companion from Bluth Bros Theater?

Diane?
Ethelinn?
The blonde girl from Pacific Palisades whose name I can't recall?

(notice all the females)

Don Bluth?
Bill Hunt?
Walter?  WALTER!! (Walter Willison) I bet it's Walter!

Glad Jrand's rehearsal went well and that they continue to do so.

If anyone is interested, the Stratford Festival's YouTube channel is streaming their 2014 production of King Lear featuring Colm Feore. :)

I passed your birthday wishes to Sandra. She took the day off work and we had lunch at her favorite sandwich shop that is only open on weekdays (so she can never go). Then we watched the Alice in Wonderland ballet. After I took her home, I stopped at the pharmacy and got a pneumonia shot.

I hope any side effects are over by Saturday evening. I have a project that night.

It sounds like Sandra had a very nice birthday.

I don't recall having a reaction to it.  Maybe we had slightly sore arms.  It certainly wasn't memorable.

Second. I remember having a very mild response to the first. My DH and a friend both had reactions to the second.

Jeanne, Diane Noble now Linder is correct. Was the blonde girl from the Palisades named Mary Lee Gowland? That would be interesting.

Yes, Mary Lee Gowland. She always struck me as a Golden Girl, a pretty blonde from an affluent family. Diane sat with Richard and I during your production of Li'l Abner. I remembered her, but she didn't remember me. Have you talked to Walter lately?

I saw a Vespa on the street just the other day. I didn't know they were still around. This one looked relatively new.

Went to a party tonight during what would have been Fiesta in most any other year. Got to wear my medals from last year, which was fun. It was a fundraiser for a museum that a friend's family has supported for decades. This year, Gail's Fiesta gown from the mid-1970s was chosen as the design for the Fiesta medal. Sadly they didn't have the medals in yet.

But they did have chicken on a stick, which is a local treat that is hard to resist. Imagine a chicken cutlet, pounded flat and deep-fried. It's then skewered with a pickled jalapeno on top. You bite into the pepper and the juices drip down on to the chicken. Spectacular. Can't tell you how much I missed this simple treat.

And they had corn in cup, a Mexican street food. They shear steaming hot kernels off a cob of corn into a cup and top it with mayo and chile powder. It sounds fairly nasty. It's heaven.

Jeanne, not only have I talked to Walter, he'll be doing the May Kritzerland show. We must talk about Mary Lee Gowland, who I've been in touch with on Facebook. I just don't remember her much and am thinking maybe I should? Her father was a famous photographer - did Playboy and other stuff a lot back in the day.
