Last time I was in a Thrifty's was...oh lordy...mid-late 1980s? And I have no recollection of what they charged per scoop then. But I can tell you it was "nothing". And I do mean nothing. Meaning, absolutely nothing that you'd even think about, or take note of.

I found something that said it went up to 35 cents in 1991.
