I guess Richard Sherman was probably not planning to attend tonight's do, but wouldn't it be wonderful if he did?

Lots of great links provided by DRs today. Thank you. Saving to explore later.

The cat tree is a great idea, however, I didn't find it very attractive ;D

I attempted to post my Christmas/cat photo that is my desktop photo.  Unfortunately this site says it is too large.

I attempted a second photo which still didn't work.  Those of you who have a Facebook account should be able to see this.

I think this variant is  big load of nothing, as was the Alpha. This one's like a head cold for a day or two. Yes, you can catch it easier and maybe if we did herd immunity would settle in. But people should do whatever makes them comfortable. Muse Margaret tells me where they are in Montana there are zero cases, no variant outbreak and no one wears masks. Maybe we should all move there.

Today has flown. I did some laundry in the morning -- waaay behind -- then sent some ecards,  vacuumed, and oh, spent about 30 minutes online chatting with GrubHub over some issues. (Instead of leaving my meal at my door the driver left it on the first floor IN THE RAIN! Then didn't even text me to let me know it was there. By the time I got it it was wet and cold. Not happy. But they refunded me for the whole order.)

Mega vibes to DR Laura for continued roof repair success!

My roof seems to be OK, no sign of any leaks, for a change.

In Montana people are massively distanced. There are more cows than people.

Last night I watched a show on PBS streaming, RFDS: Royal Flying Doctor Service. Pretty good. Maybe a bit melodramatic, but by nature these are ER-type cases, just done without the advantages of a fully-equipped ER. Passport is required.

Oh goodness.  Last year I found a large order of groceries sitting outside of our building entrance, and off to the side.  It took awhile to find out who the delivery was for.  By they time they got their groceries the ice cream was very soft.  Same thing, they were never notified of the delivery.

When we were in Montana this summer Keith mentioned the state had fairly low numbers of covid, yet I kept talking to shop people who said they had it.  One gentleman was still suffering from long covid.

Interesting about no one wearing masks as restaurants required them until you sat down, and the employees were wearing them.
