I haven't been on here for a while. Because on February 18th my mom went to exercise at her pool. And had a heart attack and died. So needless to say things have not been great since then. It's just so shocking. And it's been very hard for the family to deal with as she went exercising every day.

I feel so helpless when I cannot do simple things without wincing.

Along with that is the fear the wincing will turn into not being able to move.

Good luck at your appointment today.

My mom doesn’t drink. But she’ll partake in whatever they give her at her assisted living facility. Yesterday they gave her a hurricane to drink. She liked it. Said she slept well.

Hic.

Wow.  I am also surprised she slept through the night and the sugar didn't wake her up.

I'm up, I'm up - six hours of sleep and I'll shortly be on my way to the car dealer.

Frankly BK, once the word racial is mentioned, all traces of humor, tongue-in-check, and outright satire go right out the window.  A rather sad state of affairs, IMO.

Have any members of the avid reading club here at HHW, read the autobiography by Mel Brooks that came out at the end of last year, I think.

I listened to Brooks read it. It was hilarious.

I made a vat o’ potato salad over lunch break. Now comes the hard part. It needs to sit for four hours. But I’m hungry now.

Annabelle is not a sherpa cat. Otherwise you could send her over for some.

Back from the car dealer and then banking, all of which went rather quickly. My branch is open again.
