DR RON PULLIAM I had to give up on Big Brother....as I've written before Julie Chen is not a favorite in this household of one....and they always choose the most irritating and abrasive people to live in the house - which is probably the point.

I just keep wondering if ANY of the dolts realize where the title of the show is a reference to Orwell's 1984?

I have a friend who is on a cruise in Norway. She has posted many photos of onboard and ashore events.

Today, I asked her to look for Norwegian navy ships that might be docked near her. I told her to look for the bar codes on the dock sides of the ships, because those codes are how they keep track of when the ships are in port. Each time one docks, they Scandinavian.
